I dont think i should have to fill out a W-4. I would also like to know how I can sign my taxes WITHOUT signing away my constitution rights (5th amendment).
You don't have to fill out a Form W-4. However, you won't like the results, especially if you're looking to have less government in your life and pay fewer taxes.
When employees don't fill out a Form W-4, employers must withhold income tax at the maximum rate. That gives Uncle Sam control of more of your money for as long as a year. It also makes it easy for the IRS to collect other dollar amounts from you; for instance, if you don't carry health insurance when that requirement goes into effect.
As far as signing away your 5th amendment rights when you sign your tax return, I don't believe that's an issue. However, I am not a lawyer nor am I a constitutional law expert.
